The organization is recognized for its engineering excellence, global footprint, and strong project culture. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liDefine program and project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with divisional strategy. /li liDevelop, maintain, and control program and project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources. /li liCritically challenge project estimates to ensure realistic and high-quality planning. /li liEstablish and enforce program governance frameworks across stakeholders. /li liLead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution. /li liIdentify project dependencies and manage critical paths across multi-project programs. /li liProactively assess resource needs and balance priorities with department heads. /li liConduct stakeholder analysis and ensure alignment across Operations, RD, and Product teams. /li liIdentify risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor execution. /li liTrack progress, report status, and elevate issues to senior management as needed. /li liPrepare and lead stage‑gate reviews with evidence‑based recommendations. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liTechnical education combined with formal training in Program or Project Management. /li liMinimum 10 years of experience in program and project management within industrial or RD environments. /li liProven experience managing multiple projects in parallel. /li liStrong background in international, multicultural, matrix organizations. /li liSolid command of project planning tools, ideally Microsoft Project. /li liCertification in Program or Project Management (PMI or equivalent) is an advantage. /li liExperience with ERP-based project financial tracking (ideally SAP) is a plus. /li liFluency in English; French and/or German are strong assets. /li liExperience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus. /li liStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liA strategic role with high visibility and impact across the organization. /li liAn international, innovative, and technology‑driven work environment. /li liA technical mission within an innovative and technologic international company. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
