This strategic and inspirational leader will drive results across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering, and Public Relations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Commercial Director will be a key member of the Hotel Planning Committee, focusing on maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share while maintaining Four Seasons’ brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & StrategyLead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team.Foster a collaborative, dynamic, and high-performance culture.Align hotel business strategies with revenue goals in partnership with the General Manager and stakeholders.Build trust with internal and external partners, including ownership and corporate leadership.Represent the hotel in commercial forums and maintain strong relationships within the Four Seasons network and luxury hospitality sector.Revenue OptimizationProvide strategic guidance on revenue and distribution strategies.Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.Ensure alignment across sales channels and monitor KPIs.Drive revenue accountability across departments.Sales & Business DevelopmentManage key accounts and strategic partnerships.Develop and execute sales strategies for group, transient, and corporate segments.Oversee sales budgets, team performance, and goal setting.Optimize resource deployment across properties to maximize market opportunities.Marketing & CommunicationsDevelop and execute an annual marketing plan supporting brand and commercial goals.Lead digital and traditional marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and campaigns.Maintain a compelling presence on Four Seasons platforms and third-party channels.Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive positioning and customer engagement.Public Relations & BrandOversee PR strategies and initiatives with local agencies and corporate teams.Ensure a consistent brand voice across channels.Develop campaigns and partnerships to increase awareness and preference in key markets.What We’re Looking ForA strategic leader with 3-5 years’ experience as a Commercial Director in luxury hospitality.Proven success in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, preferably with Four Seasons or similar brands.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred.Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.Strong financial and budget management abilities.Creative, innovative, and capable of identifying new opportunities.High integrity and collaborative approach.Willingness to travel to key markets as needed.Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are an asset.
