Overview
Responsible for the development, implementation, and review of personnel programs and policies, including recruiting, training, personnel development, performance management, compensation & benefits, equal opportunities, and diversity, as well as for the long-term planning of staffing needs and the anticipation of trends. The responsibilities lie within the Human Resources function as a generalist or in a combination of various disciplines.
Your area of responsibility
* You own the technical stewardship of the HRc domain evaluation and development across Workday and adjacent systems (run, change, advisory)
* You advise HR Line / functional colleagues on Workday technical options and effort and drive the standardisation of these areas
* You lead major domain changes end-to-end in partnership with business leads
* You ensure clear technical specifications and documentation (e.g. Jira tickets) are kept up to date
* You own the ticket flow in assigned areas: assess, dispatch, deliver run/change items on time
Your strengths
* You bring three to five years of professional experience with Workday (Consulting or in-house)
* You have strong knowledge of HCM SKUs: Learning, Talent, Skills, Recruiting
* You understand the business needs and are able to translate it into Workday HCM systems configurations
* Ideally, you have a Workday Pro certification (or proven track record in equivalent area)
* Your technical focus: configuration execution and advisory to business
* You are a proven self-starter with ownership mindset
* You are based in German-speaking Switzerland or open to relocation to Zürich as of start of the contract
* The team is happy to collaborate with you three days per week on site
