This role develops and executes communication strategies that elevate brand perception, engage discerning audiences, and drive business growth. The role oversees brand identity, content strategy, global campaigns, PR, media, and social media.ResponsibilitiesBrand Identity & Storytelling: Maintain a consistent and elevated brand identity across all channels. Craft compelling narratives that showcase the brand's heritage and craftsmanship. Ensure strong partnership with internal and external resources (agencies, product, digital teams and commercial team).Content & Activations: Create 360 toolboxes; coordinate market inputs to ensure cohesive executions by collecting local insights and feedback for ongoing improvement and relevance of deliverables; develop a content strategy aligned with Maison’s target audience and key messages; pilot the creation of high-quality, engaging content and assets for all channels; lead the development and execution of integrated global campaigns and activations; ensure consistency across all Maison channels (media, ecommerce, CRM).PR & Media: Define the global PR and media strategy and provide guidelines to HQ and markets.Social Media & Digital: Define the social media and website communication strategy and supervise the editorial calendar.Team Leadership: Manage a team of specialists responsible for press relations, influencers, media, social media, edition tools and CRM, and supervise workflows within the communication team.Budget: Own the communication budget allocation and monitor all department spending; consolidate reports for key learnings.Qualifications & Skills7+ years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.Strong understanding of communication strategies, branding, social media, PR and media investments.Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale communications projects.Strong leadership skills to manage and empower a team in an entrepreneurial environment.Creative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Fluent in French and English.Employment detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: Advertising, Marketing, and Product ManagementIndustries: Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry
