Tasks
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge our customer acquisition and take our marketing growth engine to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and performance. You'll have ownership of paid acquisition and full-funnel marketing campaigns - ensuring we're not just driving traffic, but converting the right leads into qualified sales opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in scaling our impact fast by building in-house growth expertise - with a strong focus on lead quality, conversion, and full-funnel performance.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Email) focused on lead generation and ROI.
* Own full-funnel campaign orchestration: from awareness to conversion - including landing page strategy, testing, and performance tracking.
* Focus on lead qualification & conversion: identify high-fit MQLs, improve SQL quality, and reduce low-fit sign-ups.
* Collaborate closely with CRM & Sales to align on email nurture flows and support campaign automation.
* Contribute to campaign landing page A/B tests and support conversion tracking & reporting.
You fuel measurable growth, move fast, and help turn scalable marketing into a core growth engine.
Requirements
* You have solid experience in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally in the FinTech environment
* You have successfully planned, executed, and optimized multi-channel campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Display, Retargeting)
* You understand the full marketing funnel and know how to convert top-of-funnel traffic into qualified leads
* You’re data-driven and performance-obsessed: You continuously test, measure, and iterate to improve results
* Experience with CRM tools and setting up lead nurturing flows
* You are familiar with web analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) and conversion rate optimization
* You are a hands-on, curious personality who is driven to discover and unlock new growth opportunities
* You work independently and in a structured way, with a strong sense of ownership for your campaigns
* You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (additional languages such as Italian, Czech or Polish are a plus)
