What You will Do:
In this -month assignment, you will:
1. Lead the roll-out of global influencer strategies across EMEA and LATAM.
2. Translate global strategy into regional action plans tailored to diverse markets
3. Collaborate with senior leaders and marketing teams across global, regional, and local levels
4. Provide consulting, playbooks, and training to enable effective execution
5. Measure success through KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns
6. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaign alignment and impact
What We are Looking For:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8. 3+ years of international influencer marketing experience
9. Background in MedTech or Healthcare marketing
10. Strong skills in building and managing influencer/agency partnerships
11. Fluent in English with excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have:
12. Knowledge of platforms such as Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager
13. Experience in regulated industries with content approval processes
14. Collaboration with leading influencer agencies (e.g., WPP, Reachbird)
15. Understanding of AI applications in marketing
