Who you are
We’re looking for a structured and collaborative professional with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for quality. You thrive in cross-functional teams and take ownership in driving reliable, safety-focused solutions.
What you bring
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Electronics Design or similar
* Solid experience in HW/PCBA design and a proven track record in functional safety projects
* Proven experience in hardware designs for systems requiring functional safety
* Hands-on involvement in IEC 61508-certified projects, knowledge of related standards is a plus
* Knowledge of safety analysis as FMEDA and FMEA tailored to PCB-level circuits
* Strong understanding of high-reliability layout techniques, fail-safe design and electrical isolation methods
* Experience designing for robust signal quality and electromagnetic compliance, including safe power distribution and layout best practices
* Awareness of key reliability metrics such as MTTF and FIT, and the ability to apply effective derating strategies in hardware design
* Fluency in English, Italian or German are a plus
