Responsibilities
1. Provide expertise in AVI systems, including equipment performance, vision technologies, and optimization
2. Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to design and customize AVI equipment, including machine qualifications, software configuration, and vision system optimization
3. Oversee the equipment build phase, including mechanical and software integration as well as factory acceptance testing (FAT)
4. Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address progress and resolve build-phase challenges
6. Translate technical concepts into business solutions to meet project objectives
7. Develop standardized processes and robust documentation in GMP-regulated environments
Profile
8. Higher education in engineering or similar education
9. Relevant work experience
10. Proficiency in general visual inspection requirements
11. Expertise in AVI equipment and vision system technologies
12. Proven experience in AVI equipment deployment
13. Strong leadership and project management skills, including robust documentation abilities
14. Knowledge of GMP and regulated environments
15. Exceptional communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
16. Fluent in English
