Profile
Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent, or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
Knowledge of home care is an asset
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Listening skills and ability to provide support
Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
Ability to adapt to change, work autonomously and manage complex and/or crisis situations
Available, flexible and good adaptability
Driving licence essential
