Sales Development Representative Role


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.

Your primary responsibilities will include engaging and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.

* Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling to introduce our solutions and generate leads.
* Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-ups to increase customer interest in our products.
* Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
* Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and Sales Executives.
* Report sales results to the Sales Manager regularly.
* Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing/payment plans.

This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable on the phone, naturally persistent, solution-oriented, and proactive.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
* Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
* Track record of meeting sales quotas.
* Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (preferred).

Interview Process:

1. Initial discussion with HR (30 minutes, video call).
2. Technical interview with Sales Director and Head of Marketing (40 minutes, video call).
