Job description
1. Prepare, coordinate, and (when needed) participate in Retail & Wholesale trainings at HQ
2. Manage invitations for all HQ sales trainings, including preparation, mailing, and followup
3. Organize and coordinate training visits at HQ and to other manufacturing sites in Switzerland, including reservations and logistical arrangements
4. Handle hotel and restaurant bookings, driver coordination, and preparation of training agendas
5. Prepare cost estimations and monitor expenses for all events
6. Handle the administrative followup and daily operational support of the training department
7. Assist in the maintenance and updating of training materials
8. Manage training certificates for Retail and Wholesale participants, including communication with local markets
9. Order and track training tools required for international training sessions, and regularly monitor stock levels to anticipate reorders
10. Oversee the management of gift items and training materials for both HQ and worldwide trainings
11. Support HQ Trainers with travel arrangements and travel plans
12. Monitor and respond to emails in the team mailbox
13. Organize team meetings, including agendas and preparation of minutes
Profile
14. Technical or commercial education (or equivalent experience)
15. 5 years' experience in a similar position within the luxury industry
Professional requirements
16. Proficient with digital tools (MS Office, LMS platforms)
17. Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and proactivity
18. Reliable, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
19. Effective team player, experienced in collaborating with crossfunctional and international stakeholders
20. Customeroriented, collaborative, and solutiondriven
21. Able to manage multiple international projects simultaneously and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
22. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in a multicultural environment
Languages
23. Fluent English, French and German; any additional language is an asset
