To support our HR team during an upcoming maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join us on a temporary basis. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring continuity and high-quality HR support across a broad range of topics within a dynamic and changing environment.
Deine Aufgaben
1. Manage, supervise and/or execute all HR processes for Line Managers (direct reports to Business Unit Heads and below) and employees in Switzerland: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, personnel administration, internal communication in close alignment with HR Centres of Excellence processes and principles
2. Advise and support managers and employees in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as guide managers in leadership issues or difficult/ conflictive situations
3. Identify Business needs and pulse to feed the rest of HR team with these inputs
4. Support, accompany, align and prioritise change processes
5. Actively participate in global HR projects and in the local development and implementation of Global HR processes
6. Support and accompany Alpiq change processes
7. Other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group
Dein Profil
8. Higher education, Federal Certificate in Human Resources Management, equivalent Master’s degree or university qualification
9. Minimum 5 years of previous experience in an international company and/or a matrix organization with generalist HR tasks
10. Good expertise in Swiss labour law
11. Strong IT affinity and process-efficiency/automation orientation
12. Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking, combining an excellent client orientation with business focus
13. Outstanding communication skills, able to motivate and encourage innovation and pro-activity whilst challenging behaviours and attitudes that differ from Alpiq values
14. High level of initiative, independence and growth and thriving for excellence
15. Able to apply concrete measures and initiatives whilst keeping in mind the global picture
16. Fluent in English and French. German as strong asset
