Step into a key role within the global Twinings Ovaltine Procurement organisation and help shape the strategic direction of our Indirect Services category across markets. In this position, you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver sustainable value for our business. You will thrive in a dynamic FMCG environment where cross‑functional collaboration, international exposure and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
You will report directly to the Senior Category Lead - Indirect Services at Twinings Ovaltine and maintain a dotted‑line relationship to the Teamlead Procurement Switzerland at Wander AG.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic responsibility: Development of key category strategies and leadership of Indirect Procurement spend categories for the Wander site such as Professional Services, HR, IT, Utilities, Marketing, Facilities and MRO.
* KPIs: Accountable for optimising value delivery through total cost savings, innovation, sustainability and risk management.
* Processes & tools: Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with the global P2P process and relevant E‑sourcing tools are utilised to optimise value delivery of tenders and auctions. Ensure optimal buying channels are in place for Ariba Guided Buying platform.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Ensure appropriate relationships are in place with critical suppliers and all suppliers are reviewed in accordance with site requirements.
* Stakeholder management: Business Partnering with key stakeholders within the Wander BU and working closely with the Twinings Ovaltine Global Procurement Team. Communication with external partners, representation in relevant associations and initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Procurement Expertise: 3–5 years of professional experience in the field of Indirect Procurement (preferably in the food industry or manufacturing).
* Collaboration Skills: Experience in matrix organisations, project or team management.
* Language Proficiency: Business‑fluent German and English.
* Influencing Capabilities: Strong communicative and inspiring personality with the ability to win over colleagues and senior leadership team.
* Analytical Strength: Analytical and pragmatic mindset, able to see the "big picture" and derive concrete measures.
