Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows user applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Maintain the codebase and refactor old codebases to C# and .NET
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Experience
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
* Extensive professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating senior-level capability
* Extensive experience developing Windows user applications.
* Experience working in a matrix hierarchical environmen
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
* Strong knowledge of MS SQL and Git.
* Basic knowledge of power transformers is an advantage
* Experience with FORTRAN and Visual Basic is an advantage
* Experience working with different ERP systems is an advantag
Languages
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
