Recognized as a key partner for the Group's brands in the production of ceramics, sapphire glasses, and watch components for the watchmaking industry, we offer a position at our production site in Boncourt: QUALITY TECHNICIAN (M/F) Main mission: The Quality & Continuous Technician ensures the conformity of watch casing components, in close collaboration with production teams. He/she leads continuous projects aimed at stabilizing, ensuring reliability, and optimizing industrial processes. His/her role is field-oriented, with a strong technical dimension, including quality data analysis, problem-solving, and managing a team of technicians dedicated to implementing the actions of the position. - Strengthen the quality performance of casing products. - Identify and reduce sources of non-conformity. - Structure and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the robustness of processes and foster a quality and continuous culture within the teams. - Map and understand the critical steps of the processes (Injection, CNC machining, polishing, surface treatment, assembly...). - Collaborate with the Methods, Production, and Quality departments to ensure reliability of flows and reduce points of technical or continuous fragility. - Propose, structure, and manage projects; define objectives, action plans, resources, and implement validated solutions and measure their effectiveness (before/after). Team Management - Manage a team of quality technicians; distribute tasks, ensure follow-up of actions, and raise awareness among technicians about quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Profile - Engineer degree (HES) or equivalent in quality, mechanics, microtechnology, industrial production, or related field. - Professional experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking sector or in a precision industry. - Knowledge of specific quality requirements in the watchmaking sector (aesthetic tolerances, high-end finishes) is required. Technical Skills - In-depth knowledge of industrial processes related to casing. - Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, control plans...). - Data analysis skills (advanced Excel). - Good understanding of technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, geometric and aesthetic requirements. Behavioral Competencies - Analytical mindset, rigor, and method. - Leadership and ability to unite. - Comfort in fieldwork and autonomy. Languages - Fluent French is essential. - Technical English is a plus for reading documents or possible exchanges with suppliers or work sites.
