The ADMI EU Oilseeds Back Office Department plays a crucial role in supporting the trading operations based in Switzerland and across Europe. We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will provide comprehensive and accurate commercial support to ensure smooth back-office operations and contribute to the department's overall efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely within a collaborative team of three professionals, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Contract Management :
 o Handle and oversee the management of contracts across all ADMI locations in Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
 2. Correspondence Management :
 o Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and physical mail, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
 3. Reporting :
 o Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports to support the trading desk and back-office operations.
 4. Administrative Support :
 o Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
 * Education :
 o Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
 * Experience :
 o 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a trading or back-office environment.
 * Technical Skills :
 o Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
 o Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
 * Languages :
 o Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
 o Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
