We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the company's brand and reputation across various communication channels, focusing on Employer and Corporate Branding and ESG topics. This role offers both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Strategic Employer Brand Development:

* Help position Swissquote as a top employer in Switzerland and internationally — both internally and externally. Gain recognition in rankings such as Universum, Great Place to Work, and “Best Employers in Switzerland.”
* Employer brand strategy and campaign planning: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Business Lines (e.g., Tech, Sales, Customer Care, Legal) to develop a differentiated employer brand strategy that reflects our industry and target markets. Design and execute a compelling employer brand yearly activation roadmap. Lead recruitment campaigns and events in collaboration with creative agencies, ensuring alignment with hiring objectives and EVP positioning.
* Digital presence and reputation management: Highlight what makes working at Swissquote unique through storytelling and content creation. Own and deliver our employer social media strategy—hands-on and in collaboration with creative partners. Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor). Promote Swissquote as an employer of choice through internal mobility initiatives, referrals, and platform optimization (e.g., Job’In).
* Campus and early talent engagement: Build strong partnerships with universities and engineering schools through guest lectures, sponsorships, speed recruiting, and graduation projects. Participate actively in career fairs, student challenges, and hackathons.
* Candidate experience ownership: Take full ownership of the candidate experience, including redesigning the Swissquote Careers website and ATS journey, and enhancing the interview process from communication to onboarding.
* Internal culture and engagement: Lead internal employer branding initiatives to strengthen pride, purpose, and belonging. Coordinate employee events that reflect Swissquote’s culture and values (e.g., internal hackathons, culture days).

Corporate Branding — Building Trust with Investors and Stakeholders:

* Shape how Swissquote is perceived in the financial world. Evolve corporate narratives for investors, partners, and stakeholders.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure corporate communication, such as annual reports and investor materials, reflect our brand identity.
* ESG — Elevate Our Voice and Values: Lead annual ESG-related marketing and communication initiatives, turning our sustainability actions into authentic brand stories.

Qualifications

* 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations, ideally in corporate branding or external relations.
* Strong nuance and the ability to strike the right tone across diverse audiences and contexts.
* Sensitivity for communication.
* Experience working across departments, cultures, and levels.
* Collaborative, proactive, and confident personality.
* Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and content creation. Comfortable bringing ideas to life across social platforms.
* Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
* Excellent hands-on approach with project management and communication skills.
