The company seeks a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Group Director Supply Chain. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies that drive supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and control supply chain capabilities to deliver exceptional customer service and improve efficiency.
* Develop and govern the roadmap for the supply chain center of excellence to achieve business objectives.
* Lead the transformation office with experienced project managers to drive change and innovation.
* Optimize and develop analytic models and simulations to inform strategic decisions.
* Drive digitalization projects to enhance supply chain processes and operations.
Requirements:
* University degree in Supply Chain or related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in supply chain with a proven track record of influencing and driving change.
* Excellent expertise in driving supply chain maturity and excellence in a global organization.
* Experience in pharmaceutical environment, international business, and matrix organizations preferred.
* Expertise in process optimization such as Lean and Six Sigma is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required; German is an asset.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Agility, stress resistance, and hands-on mentality are essential.
