As an International Human Resources Manager, you will lead the implementation of HR initiatives globally. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee and manage full employee lifecycle processes : recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, compensation.
Key Responsibilities :
* Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership and employees across all locations.
* Lead the execution of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and compensation.
* Drive high-quality hiring efforts in line with business growth objectives.
* Ensure compliance with diverse local labor laws and internal standards.
* Coach and support managers on employee topics and HR best practices.
* Maintain and enhance HR processes, documentation, and systems.
* Contribute to the implementation of HR modules within the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
* Collaborate on due diligence and post-acquisition integration during Mergers and Acquisitions activity.
* Prioritize tasks across time zones with a pragmatic and agile approach.
Requirements :
* At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably within tech or fast-scaling international companies.
* Broad HR expertise across recruitment, performance, development, compensation, and compliance.
* Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and ability to support remote teams.
* Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
* Independent and output-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Fluent in English and French; comfortable operating in multiple time zones.
* Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a lean team and flat organizational structure.
