Completed degree in microsystems engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field
Sound understanding of technical systems and their interrelationships
Strong coordination skills and excellent communication in both German and English
At least 5 years of relevant experience, a hands-on mentality, and a strong sense of ownership
