Operations Graduate – MEGGITT SA
Our two-year EMEA Graduate Program offers an opportunity to develop professional skills in the technical engineering industry and to enhance leadership capabilities. The program provides strong support early in your career to help you reach your potential within the organization.
What You Can Expect
* Rotational assignments across key operations functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics) to build end-to-end understanding of plant and value-stream performance.
* Ownership of improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma to deliver measurable results (e.g., OEE, throughput, scrap, lead time, cost).
* Cross-functional collaboration leveraging ERP data, standard work, and CI tools to drive data-based decisions and sustain gains.
* Provide a first line of response to relevant queries from internal and external contacts.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility.
* Mentorship, regular performance feedback, and development with exposure to senior operations leaders.
Your ideal profile
* Master’s degree in engineering with specialisation in a relevant discipline (such as industrial economics, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, or automation).
* Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach.
* Initiative and strong communication skills.
* Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development.
* Fluent in local language and English.
* First-hand experience in project management is a plus.
