Flight Charter Specialist

As a Flight Charter Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively building a portfolio of clients within the Group Charter branch of the division, along with finding, negotiating, and recommending the best flight options on the market for our customers. This involves monitoring all your flights carefully, including outside of office hours when needed, going to the airport to supervise your flights and meet your clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Building strong relationships with clients and operators alike
• Prospecting and developing the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions
• Maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during, and after the flight
• Monitoring all your flights (including outside of office hours) and supervising the check-in of your flight at the airport
• Developing and enhancing your negotiation skills through assessments and training opportunities

Qualifications
