Job Description
We are looking for a highly commercial and technically driven flight distribution professional to lead the evolution of our flight supply architecture. As a GDS Account Manager – Flight Distribution, you will own the relationships with key distribution partners (GDS, aggregators, airlines) and act as a bridge between technical integrations (EDIFACT, NDC, LCC APIs) and commercial strategy.
This is a hybrid role requiring deep understanding of airline connectivity protocols and strong negotiation skills, with the mission of optimizing content acquisition, enhancing platform scalability, and supporting our long-term flight distribution roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and grow relationships with GDSs, NDC aggregators, and LCC API providers, from onboarding to ongoing performance management.
2. Coordinate new content integrations with internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and partner satisfaction.
3. Negotiate agreements and incentives to meet profitability and growth targets.
4. Translate partner needs into actionable initiatives and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
5. Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend new solutions or partnerships.
6. Track partner performance, produce reports, and drive improvements in revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
7. Represent lastminute.com at industry events and partner meetings.
