Job Title: Program Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our national workshop rollout and manage critical partnerships and grant commitments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, tech, and gender equality—who thrives on turning vision into action through planning, coordination, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of a multi-phase project supported by grants from various organizations.
* Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for the national rollout of programs.
* Coordinate with regional leads to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of workshops in German, French, and Italian-speaking regions.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination:
* Maintain and expand relationships with key institutional and corporate partners.
* Represent the organization in meetings with public and private stakeholders.
* Support and contribute to proposals, impact reporting, and funding renewals.
Team & Program Oversight:
* Supervise a growing team of instructors, part-time leads, and volunteers across Switzerland.
* Ensure alignment of content, curriculum, and operations with the mission and quality standards.
* Step in to support workshop delivery or training when needed.
Operations & Reporting:
* Monitor progress against key performance indicators and oversee operational budget tracking.
* Ensure timely reporting to funding bodies and alignment with grant obligations.
* Collaborate closely with the board on governance matters and strategic planning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing complex projects in education, NGOs, social impact, or a similar field.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across languages and cultures.
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
* Fluency in German and French; English is essential. Italian is a plus.
