You will mainly use and transform fresh, quality products which you will enhance according to the standards and recipes of the establishment. Depending on the assignments offered, you may be required to perform "live cooking" services in front of guests. Profile sought With a recognised training as a cook, you have at least three years of experience in high-end hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic catering.
