As part of the global marketing team, the Global Events Manager will contribute to the delivery of high-end events and generate desirability for the Tag Heuer brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support and deliver events internationally
* Strive and propose creative event concepts in line with the global marketing strategy
* Ensure constant implementation of brand event requirements and quality across all HQ and markets
* Consolidate all local and regional event plans
* Manage specific event budgets and invoicing
* Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
* Negotiation with vendors, manage suppliers, and coordinate logistics (catering, transportation, gifting, guest lists etc.).
* Consolidate events reports
* Responsible for monitoring and tracking industry trends
Job Responsibilities
* You have a Degree (Business School, Public relations or Communications) with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end events in the luxury environment
* You have high standards and experience within a luxury brand and watch industry
* Experience of watch fairs is a plus
* You are fluent in English and French
* You are highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
* You have the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing, sales teams, and our supplier partners as well as other departments.
* You have a hands-on approach and you get things done
* You have the flexibility to complete tight deadline driven assignments and accommodate urgent requests and deliverables
* You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* You are a team player, energetic and result oriented with also able to work in an international environment and create bonds within different cultural environment
