Role Description

Join Chipmind as a founding Senior Software Engineer and become one of our early technical leaders in shaping the future of AI-driven chip development. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in implementing our AI solutions from the ground up. You will contribute to all aspects of our software development, including backend, frontend, and the integration of AI models and agents. Responsibilities

* Be responsible for defining and implementing the long-term strategic software roadmap - shape how AI develops chips in the future.
* You are a hands-on software developer, leading the implementation of our AI solution. You contribute to all aspects of software development, backend, frontend, AI.
* Develop and enhance LLMs and AI agents for improved reasoning and decision-making - implement RLHF, SFT, DPO, and other post-training methods
* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in AI and machine learning technologies
* Ensure robust functionality and performance of our product

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
* Familiar with large language models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Pytorch and TensorFlow)
* Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong passion for innovation
* Ability to work independently, proactive attitude, and a "can-do" mentality.
