Your Responsibilities
* Using the tools of Lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma (VSM, SMED, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, etc.), the key responsibilities include educating, promoting, and mentoring continuous improvement activities.
* The Lean Six Sigma Engineer aims to optimize any process or operation to minimize or eliminate non-value added activities.
Background
* Education in an Engineering field with 3‑5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (Medical environment and/or metal industry experience is an advantage).
* Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma tools such as VSM, A3 problem solving, DMAIC, Statistical Process Control.
* Persuasive and assertive communication skills.
* Fluent speaking in Italian and English.
* Ready to travel within Switzerland.
