Your mission

As Director of Brand & Content you lead the strategic narrative of Foresight for Better Care across European healthcare markets. You make QUMEA the name healthcare leaders turn to for anticipatory care, continuous understanding, and clinical intelligence. You build and own the systems that make our positioning understandable, credible, and consistent across markets, stakeholder groups, and channels. You translate clinical, regulatory, and technical depth into language that earns trust from care teams, hospital executives, ministries, and procurement teams alike. You establish the editorial and content infrastructure that supports a scaling commercial operation across all markets. You use AI as a productivity multiplier across the MarCom function, and you provide the senior content expertise that QUMEA’s next phase of growth requires.


Brand engine

* Set and maintain the strategic foundation of how QUMEA shows up externally: brand book, messaging architecture, approval flow, materials library, and country playbook.
* Operationalise the brand pillars and the brand promise, Foresight for better care, into rules every team and region applies consistently.
* Hold the line on brand voice, tone, and language, and close the gap between agreed positioning and what the organisation actually says in market.


Narrative architecture and multi‑stakeholder messaging

* Define and maintain audience‑specific narratives for nursing leadership, hospital executives, clinical directors, IT and facility management, data protection and legal, and procurement and tender teams. Each audience reads QUMEA differently; you make that reading deliberate.
* Build the structured library of narratives, key messages, proof points, and approved language the entire commercial organisation draws from, adapted for DACH, the Nordics, and selected new markets.


Content creation and editorial

* Own QUMEA’s editorial calendar across website, social, and editorial channels. Produce and curate the core assets: clinical case stories, the Evidence Hub, conference theses, executive presentations, thought leadership, and brand campaign content.
* Work directly with clinical, regulatory, and technical subject‑matter experts to ensure every published claim is accurate, defensible, and on‑brand.


Sales and PoV enablement

* Convert positioning into the assets that move enterprise healthcare deals: stakeholder pitch decks, executive one‑pagers, ROI narratives, tender content, PoV scorecards, and installation confidence packs.
* Align all enablement with the PoV acceleration system, the multi‑stakeholder narrative system, and the country activation roadmap.


Agency coordination

* Direct external creative, design, video, multilingual, and PR partners against approved brand standards. Decide what good looks like and hold the bar.
* Maintain the approved‑asset library and ensure consistent execution across markets.


Internal brand alignment

* Run alignment sessions with sales, customer success, clinical, and country teams so QUMEA speaks with one voice. You are the institutional memory of how QUMEA talks about itself.
* Maintain brand and content guidelines, the AI prompt library, and onboarding materials so brand discipline scales with the organisation.


What you bring to the table

* 6 to 10 years leading brand or content in healthtech, MedTech, digital health, or a comparable regulated B2B environment. You have taken a brand from a one‑page positioning doc to a working operating system at least once, and you can point to the artifacts.
* Native‑level written German and professional English. You can draft a CEO keynote, a clinical case story, and a procurement‑ready one‑pager in the same week and have each land with its audience without a rewrite.
* You have shipped the communication collaterals that move a 12‑to‑24‑month enterprise healthcare deal forward: stakeholder‑specific decks, tender response language, clinical proof packs. They have survived scrutiny from a CMO, a CIO, and a procurement lead in the same evaluation.
* You can read a clinical study or a regulatory submission and come back with three versions of the same claim: one a ward nurse trusts, one a CFO acts on, one a procurement officer can defend to legal. Each stays true to what the study actually says.
* You have run a roster of external partners (design studio, video team, medical translators, PR) and held them to a brand bar without owning their headcount. You write briefs they don’t have to come back and ask questions about.
* You are comfortable commissioning German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish content you cannot fully read yourself, and you bring a working method for QC‑ing it.
* Senior individual contributor by choice. The satisfaction for you is in delivering the brand book, the case story, the keynote, not in growing a team to do it for you. You will be the only brand‑and‑content head for the foreseeable future, and that suits you.
* You use AI as a daily production tool (drafting, translating, generating images and videos, capturing briefings, first‑pass research). You have an opinion, not a slide, on what AI can touch in a clinical claim and what stays in human hands. Bonus if you’ve already written that policy somewhere.
