As part of an immediate temporary assignment until the end of the year, you will support the daily management of several older buildings located in the Biel region. You are the tenants' point of contact for common issues, analyse requests, identify the appropriate contacts and coordinate the necessary interventions until their resolution.

AFP/CFC Commercial employee or experience in property management, concierge services, technical building maintenance or a similar field Autonomous, practical person capable of managing varied situations Excellent organisational skills, prioritisation and follow-up Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different contacts Reliable, responsive, flexible and solution-oriented person Main responsibilities:
Receive, analyse and process tenant requests related to buildings and accommodation Identify the nature of the problems encountered: heating, plumbing, electricity, locksmithing, damage, repairs or routine maintenance Assess the urgency level and define intervention priorities Determine the service providers, craftsmen or internal contacts to be contacted depending on the situation Coordinate interventions, schedule appointments and ensure follow-up until problems are resolved Demonstrate resourcefulness to quickly find suitable solutions to encountered situations Ensure clear communication with tenants, owners, service providers and relevant persons Keep follow-up information up to date and report important points to management
