Your Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for sophisticated accounting judgments and intricate financial transactions.
* Ensure precise and timely recording of business transactions while maintaining compliance with international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, Swiss Code of Obligations).
* Prepare annual statutory financial statements and tax reports, including consolidated financials and documentation for statutory audits.
* Coordinate internal and external audit processes; develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks and accounting procedures.
* Collaborate closely with the Business Services Center on transaction‑level operations.
* Deliver comprehensive financial analyses and regular performance updates to senior management.
Your Profile
* Solid expertise in international accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, Swiss Code of Obligations).
* Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (FI/CO), combined with advanced Excel proficiency.
* Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail when interpreting financial statements.
* Proactive mindset with ability to adapt quickly to evolving business environments.
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are an asset.
* Professional approach, able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Solution‑oriented thinking and capability to tackle complex challenges.
