Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence; coordinate responses and flag urgent or high-priority issues. - Schedule appointments and manage the Director's calendar; welcome visitors and manage general mailboxes. - Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements for the division. - Provide administrative support for meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events, including logistics and document preparation. - Maintain efficient filing and reference systems; regularly update internal websites, databases, and other information management tools.
