We are looking for a Controlling Specialist (100%) for a permanent position in our Controlling team.
Role And Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
1. support our organization performance review in multiple areas (from sales to cost)
2. engage in leading the company’s planning processes and assessing the quality of the outcome
3. participate in creating regular or ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders (English and Korean)
4. collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect relevant information and support problem solutions
5. create and handle different simulation modeling and analysis
6. investigate irregular transactions and provide appropriate solutions
7. maintain internal documentation and work processes
Skills And Qualifications
Your profile, you…
1. have a degree in business administration with a focus on management and financial accounting
2. already have few years of work experience in a similar position and environment
3. have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
4. ideally experience with BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics)
5. willing to learn SQL and scripting skills (VBA)
6. already have worked with SAP HANA or with a similar ERP system
7. have a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengths
8. are fluent in Korean and English (ideally good in German)
9. have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
10. are a committed, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
