Role Overview
Zurich's Risk Team has a purpose-driven mission to provide insights to stakeholders through effective risk assessments, internal risk reporting, communications, and policies.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will support the Group Risk Management mission by managing risks to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Your tasks will include communicating ERM guidance, ensuring a sound control environment, identifying risk trends or opportunities, and performing quality assurance review procedures on relevant policies.
Your Impact
You will prepare risk reporting disclosures, provide advice and insights to the business on risks, and engage externally through research and industry involvement. Additionally, you will monitor developments in sustainability risk regulation and contribute to the development of group policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. You should have strong client-centric approach and effective communication skills, as well as experience in process and data optimization and data quality assurance.
