Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process stability and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
2. Manage quality operations for specified product lines, including final inspection, DHR examination, and distribution release of instruments.
3. Represent the quality department in relevant projects, product team meetings, and production activities.
4. Investigate complaints, nonconformities, and CAPAs with internal departments and suppliers.
5. Lead task forces to initiate corrective actions and assess deviations regarding reporting obligations.
6. Implement and maintain the quality management system.
7. Generate and evaluate statistics on complaints, CAPAs, NCRs, and FPY.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A technical education background, preferably in engineering or a related field.
* Experience in medical device application, complaint handling, process management, and regulatory requirements in the medical/laboratory equipment sector.
* Proficiency in German and English, enabling effective communication within our global team and with external stakeholders.
* Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP (Q module / CRM), procurement, quality control, and measurement and testing techniques.
