We are looking for a Visuals Business Development Manager based in our Zurich office. You will be an integral part of the Swiss sales organization supporting the visuals business across all channels, working closely with the local Product Management (4P) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and skilled sales team with the goal of specifically driving and developing the visuals business segment. As a Sales Specialist / BDM for the Visuals category, you will be responsible, together with the end-customer sales teams, channel sales teams, and partners, to maximize the visuals business. This role involves driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales to manage key accounts with a visual focus, and collaborating with partners, resellers, and distributors to maximize sales. The BDM will also provide product expertise, competitive insights, and sales support to ensure strong business performance.
Responsibilities :
* Execute key metrics such as Revenue, Margin, Premium Mix, and Market Share.
* Align with Market 4P, Finance, and Sales Head for financial planning.
* Coordinate with 4P for supply forecasting and time-to-market optimization.
* Manage all sell-out activities and enable sales for the relationship business segment.
* Drive sales initiatives and programs to address business growth priorities.
* Act as the visuals sales ambassador, educating internal sales teams, partners, and end customers.
* Support sales at the end-customer level or lead sales efforts where breakthrough is needed.
* Coordinate sell-out campaign planning with 4P.
* Conduct RTM analyses, develop consumer and SMB channels, review Lenovo's share within top visual resellers and retailers, and create action plans to drive growth.
* Hold QBRs with top priority partners to review business status and plan next steps.
* Interlock with sales teams (CON, SMB, REL) on performance, pipeline, share of wallet, key opportunities, and customer feedback.
* Review pricing and heat maps against competitors with the 4P team.
* Analyze GfK and IT research data.
* Visit REL end customers as a visuals expert and advisor, along with distributors and key partners.
Key Experience & Skills :
* Minimum 5 years of sales, marketing, or product/business management experience in a similar IT industry role.
* Strong commercial acumen with detailed insight into business analytics.
* Good analytical skills to quickly interpret company data or market research.
* Proven sales record with a passion for customer-centric products that deliver unique value.
* Experience with technology products, ideally in the IT industry.
* Energetic, sales-driven, with a 'must-win' attitude.
* Confident presenter capable of clearly and convincingly presenting ideas, strategies, and products.
* Excellent networking skills and ability to communicate across a company matrix.
* Fluent in English and German; French is a plus but not required.
