We are looking for a skilled and analytical professional to join our Finance team in Visp (Valais) as a Product Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing manufacturing costs, driving financial efficiency, and supporting informed decision‑making within our manufacturing network. Acting as a finance business partner, you will collaborate closely with non‑financial stakeholders, requiring a strong understanding of plant operations, interconnected assets, and coordination with product management and commercial teams. Proficiency in Power BI is essential, SAP experience being a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed costing analysis and modeling to support product management.
* Monitor product costing and ensure relevant costing data is shared with relevant parties within the organization.
* Partner with product management, production, commercial, and finance teams to support optimization of manufacturing operations.
* Support the annual budgeting process and monthly reporting cycles, with heightened activity during key closing periods.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings, process automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
* Lead the implementation of the different agreements part of the scope and challenge the status quo of the current organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Fluent in English or German.
* Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Strong affinity for data, systems, and reporting.
* Ability to communicate clearly with non‑financial stakeholders.
* Established in Switzerland (working from the Visp or Basel offices 3 days per week).
* Solid working knowledge of SAP, Office 365, and Power BI (minimum requirement).
* Advanced skills in tools such as VBA, Python, or experience with Machine Learning/AI are a plus.
