YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Unpack, sort incoming mail from the post office and distribute it to mailing stations by department (4 buildings)
2. Collect timely, dispatch and deliver internal and external mail, documents, and parcels
3. Operate the Post shuttle by vehicle between our 2 internal post offices (4 times/day)
4. Be in charge of the reception of express mail (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and handling of registered letters, with accompanying form against signature
5. Manage DHL packaging and airwaybills
6. Send, receive, and track Checks with central department in Zurich
7. Handle the external logistics transports requests if necessary (vehicle) and basic office supply and small warehouse management
8. Be responsible for general building maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting as well as premises equipment inspection activities
9. Supervise cleaning activities (meeting and quality checks with cleaning company twice a month)
10. Participate in various departmental tasks such as office moving & rearrangement, paper destruction as well as administrative tasks
11. Manage the access controls – order and set up of badges
YOUR PROFILE
12. Swiss drivers’ license
13. Ability to work according to flexible hours (early morning shifts) and be versatile
14. Be service-oriented with a high level of integrity, loyalty, and team spirit
15. Possess good organizational skills to accurately keep track of deliveries and logs recording
16. Meet delivery deadlines with effective time management skills, applying routes optimization and schedules management efficiency
17. Master the main Microsoft tools
18. French mother tongue and good knowledge of English (B1 minimum)
19. Have a proven experience in the role. Experience in the banking field is a plus
20. Swiss nationality or B/C work permit and domiciled in Switzerland
21. Hold a vocational training in the vehicles, logistics or industry areas with a federal certificate
