The Senior Brand Manager, Healthcare Nutrition will serve as the Commercial Brand Lead for assigned dysphagia brands within our healthcare nutrition portfolio. This role owns the day-to-day commercial performance of the brand(s), translating strategy into execution and driving growth across marketing, sales enablement, and portfolio initiatives. This is a highly hands-on role for a marketer who combines healthcare brand expertise with strong business acumen and a bias toward action. Success in this role is defined by measurable commercial impact, disciplined execution, and cross-functional leadership.
Pay Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, plus bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to support work-life balance
Location: Remote
Travel: Approximately 5–15%
Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the Commercial Brand Lead for assigned healthcare nutrition brands, owning brand performance and supporting revenue and margin objectives
Develop and execute annual brand plans and go-to-market strategies aligned to commercial, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
Lead product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management with a focus on commercial readiness and adoption.
Own execution of integrated marketing programs across digital, educational, event-based, and provider-facing channels.
Partner closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Clinical teams to drive adoption through sales tools, training, and provider programs
Support distributor and GPO-related marketing initiatives, including programs, materials, and promotional execution.
Analyze market dynamics, competitive activity, and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize investment.
Manage brand budgets, tracking spends and ROI to ensure efficient resource all location.
Coordinate cross-functional execution with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Supply Chain, and external partners
Identify growth opportunities and execution improvements to expand brand impact and market share.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Demonstrated experience acting as a Commercial Brand Lead or owning end-to-end brand execution.
Understanding of healthcare channels, including provider networks, distributors, and GPO dynamics.
Proven ability to translate strategy into hands-on execution.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with comfort using insights to guide decisions.
Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach with strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, Nutrition, or related field.
6+ years of brand management experience, preferably in healthcare nutrition, consumer packaged goods, medical devices or other regulated healthcare categories.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of healthcare channels, including provider networks, distributors, and GPO dynamics.
