Head of Business Development and Support Services 80%-100% Member of the Management of the CenterJob DescriptionThe Valais Hospital is looking, for the Central Institute of Hospitals (ICH), for a:Head of Business Development and Support Services 80%-100%Member of the Management of the CenterLocationCentral Institute of Hospitals / - 100%DeadlineRequirementsYour mission:As a member of the Institute's Management, you contribute to the definition and implementation of the development strategy of the ICH in line with the vision of the HVS and with a spirit of sustainability and interface between finances, while ensuring the performance and smooth operation of the support services under your responsibility.Your main missions are:- to develop and retain institutional clients, - to lead and coordinate the activities of support services, - and to assist the Management in the development management as well as financial steering ensuring the overall performance of the profile required: higher education in management, business, finance or equivalent, completed by a degree in healthcare management, confirmed in a management or leadership position in the healthcare or public sector; Strong experience in market development, institutional and financial steering; Very good command of financial management tools and ability to develop business plans; Knowledge of Tardoc and package systems, a part of the cantonal health network and the recognized field, as well as decision-making and managerial skills; Excellent skills in French or German with very good knowledge of the second language.
