Supervisor
As a Supervisor you will:
Your tasks
* Lead and manage a team both technically and disciplinarily
* Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure high productivity
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations
* Drive personnel development and skill management to meet deadlines
* Plan, coordinate, and execute projects successfully
* Implement Lean principles to improve processes and efficiency
* Conduct 5S audits and continuously optimize operational workflows
Your Profile
* Completed vocational apprenticeship with experience in a technical environment (aviation experience is a plus)
* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong focus on safety, quality and cost efficiency
* Independent, precise and responsible working style
* Proficient in German and English (B2)
* Strong MS Office skills
