We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Geneva and lead strategic projects centered around the Temenos platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with international teams and key partners to implement solutions that meet business objectives and support our client’s digital transformation journey.
Your responsibilities :
* Coordinating with the partner responsible for reporting development;
* Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and project teams;
* Establishing and tracking delivery and testing KPIs;
* Driving workshops involving multicultural stakeholders with diverse interests.
Qualifications
* You have solid knowledge of the banking sector, particularly around client reporting (client statements, investment proposals, cost & charge, etc.);
* You bring hands-on experience with projects implementing Temenos solutions, including TAP;
* You feel comfortable expressing yourself in both French and English, written and spoken;
* You enjoy taking initiative and working independently when needed;
* You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy contributing to shared goals;
* You are structured and detail-oriented;
* You’re already based in Switzerland or open to exploring a move to the Geneva area.
