Your Responsibilities:
* Endpoint Management
o Design and implement comprehensive endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune, Azure, and related cloud-based services.
o Manage device configuration, compliance, and security for Windows OS, Android, macOS, and iOS.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint configuration, compliance, and remediation.
o Develop and enforce endpoint security policies, ensuring secure access to organizational resources and applications.
o Ensure all endpoint configurations comply with company policies, standards, and security best practices.
o Create scalable endpoint management solutions aligned with organizational growth and maintain optimization roadmaps for performance improvements.
* Deployment Services
o Design and manage device deployment using Microsoft Autopilot and automated tools.
o Optimize provisioning processes for seamless, low-intervention device rollouts.
o Maintain deployment scripts and workflows for consistent, secure, and efficient deployments.
o User Experience Management
o Monitor and analyze Digital Employee Experience (DEX) scores to ensure positive user experiences.
o Gather feedback to identify pain points, address concerns, and improve endpoint performance and usability.
o Develop proactive strategies for issue remediation, such as device performance, application access, and connectivity.
o Collaborate with IT support teams to implement data-driven improvements in endpoint management and user support.
* Policy & Standards Management
o Develop, maintain, and enforce endpoint management policies aligned with industry best practices.
o Regularly update policies to address evolving technologies and organizational needs.
o Ensure company-wide compliance, providing guidance and training for IT teams and users.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Partner with internal teams (IT, security, business units) to deliver endpoint solutions meeting business needs.
o Coordinate with engineers, team members, and contractors to implement effective solutions.
* Documentation & Support
o Document technical designs, implementation processes, and maintenance procedures.
o Provide support and training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of endpoint tools.
Your Profile:
* Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Autopilot, and cloud-based endpoint management tools.
* Strong knowledge of endpoint security products, frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Defender, cybersecurity architectures), and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
* Proficient in managing Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
* Skilled in automation tools, including PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
* Proven experience in endpoint management, including optimization strategies.
* Ability to lead technical projects and enhance modern workplace environments.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* English fluent, any other language would be a plus
