PpIn 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world's first autonomous dry‑cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. The first employee was hired in November 2019, and the company now has almost 60 employees at its site in Eschlikon TG. Together we are revolutionizing how global logistics and industrial companies keep their facilities clean and safe. /ppTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a: /ph3Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) – 80–100% /h3h3Your mission: /h3pAs part of our Customer Success team, you are the direct interface to our end customers and distributors. Your mission is to ensure the long‑term success of our customers through proactive support and excellent service throughout the entire product lifecycle. /ph3Your tasks /h3ullibCustomer Journey Onboarding /b: You guide our customers from initial installation through long‑term use and ensure they achieve maximum value from our robots. /lilibPartner Enablement /b: You train and motivate our global sales partners so they can act as experts for our robotic solutions. /lilibPerformance Monitoring /b: You monitor the performance of robot fleets (e.g., via KEMARO Sphere) and proactively respond to deviations. /lilibContent Creation /b: You have a talent for creating clear, professional, and visually appealing instructional content (video, text, or graphics). /lilibCustomer Insights /b: You collect valuable user feedback and pass it on to our RD team to continuously improve our products. /lilibGrowth /b: You identify upselling opportunities (e.g., consumables or additional robots) and support the renewal process for service contracts. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliExperience in customer success, customer support, or account management (ideally in robotics, mechanical engineering, or SaaS). /liliStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple way (e.g., via online or on‑site trainings). /liliAnalytical mindset and ability to work with data (KPI dashboards, CRM systems such as HubSpot). /liliHands‑on mentality: you are not afraid to work directly with the robot or visit customers on‑site. /liliNative or professional fluency in German and English skills to support our international partners. /li /ulh3We offer /h3ulliThe opportunity to actively shape the future of autonomous industrial cleaning in a dynamic Swiss scale‑up. /liliAn innovative product that inspires customers worldwide. /liliA dynamic, international environment with short decision‑making paths and an open company culture where your ideas matter. /li /ulpInterested? /ppAre you ready to make the world cleaner and more digital? /ppWe look forward to receiving your complete and compelling application via our website.
