Key Responsibilities
The Facilities and Utilities Engineering and Project Manager is responsible for managing engineering and project resources within the department. They develop and implement the program’s strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment with the site's long-term vision. This role involves defining and overseeing a portfolio of interdependent projects necessary to achieve overall program goals. Additionally, they lead the successful execution of individual projects while maintaining a strategic perspective. The manager ensures the continuous improvement and optimal performance of existing facilities and utilities. Overseeing the Facilities & Plant Environment Manager and Project Managers, they are accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Education & Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalent
Professional Experience
* At least 5+ years in Project Management
* At least 7+ years of relevant experience in production support/sustaining and/or process definition and development, design, scale-up, improvement and validation
* Industrial experience working in a GMP compliant setting
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and scale up of manufacturing processes
* Experience with regulatory filings for Medical Devices and supporting regulatory inspections
