Our mission: We safely power your flight. /ph3Indirect Procurement Manager /h3pAs the Indirect Procurement Manager you will join the Indirect Procurement team in our headquarters at Zürich Airport. Your sourcing activities will focus on Capital Expenditure (e.g., tooling, equipment), administrative services or investment projects in our production environment. You will actively contribute to locating, evaluating, contracting and maintaining the best sources of supply for services required by internal partners while considering quality, value, performance, cost and responsiveness to changing supply requirements. You will lead the supplier selection and development process and deliver ongoing and sustainable improvements on procurement cost in support of SR Technics’ growth objectives. This position includes an opportunity to develop into other Indirect Procurement categories. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsible for the call to tender process and the supplier management on assigned procurement projects. /liliDevelop and execute procurement strategy to continuously reduce total cost of ownership and improve quality, standards and delivery performance of the services and products purchased. /liliCoordinate changes and updates between suppliers and all relevant internal project stakeholders. /liliNegotiate strategic sourcing agreements and any changes in supplier and vendor contracts in accordance with compliances, policies, rules and regulations. /liliApply negotiation skills to resolve contractual supplier and vendor disputes with an acceptable outcome for the parties by compliance, policies, rules and regulations. /liliWork collaboratively with the Procurement team in the development and formation of sustainable working principles in sourcing. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a comparable qualification required. /lili+3 years of experience in Procurement and/or project management in a technical environment. /liliProcurement education and contracting experience desired. /liliExcellent project management skills, result and deadline oriented. /liliStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required. /liliLanguage skills: German fluent, English C1. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
