Your Challenge
* Act as the first point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance and overarching Service Lifecycle
* Maintain an IT Service or an infrastructure component, ensuring that Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement are in place and fulfilled
* Manage seamless operations end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, DevOps team, and external service providers
* Act as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management etc.)
* Improve continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management, actively contributing to the development of the Application Owner Manager community
* Act as the Operations champion for new features. Ensure that the operational health of the platform is represented when new features are being defined
* Own Service and Asset Configuration Management of allocated IT Services (HPSM, ARIS, IAM roles) as well as IT Service Continuity Management for allocated IT Services
* Ensure proper tailoring and implementation of non‑functional requirements in collaboration with the Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environments
* Responsible for measuring, documenting and optimizing Software usage including regular License Compliance Check in closed collaboration with SAM
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in projects or operational management of IT applications
* Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations
* Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co‑ordinational and leading skills
* Proficiency in tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and Governance
* Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other relevant frameworks
* Experience / understanding of Data Lake / Data Lake House technology stack (Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, VMware…)
* Experience / understanding of Data architecture, data pipelines and data products
* Proven experience in IT service management, operations, and IT governance
* Relevant higher education and professional background within computer science
