Responsibilities
* Lead NPI projects end-to-end (development to industrialization and production)
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality)
* Define and optimize manufacturing processes (microtechnology / micromachining)
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
* Manage project risks, timelines, and performance
Profile
* Engineering degree (microtechnology, mechanical, materials or equivalent)
* Proven experience in NPI / industrialization
* Strong exposure to precision manufacturing or micromachining
* Experience in MedTech or regulated environment (ISO 13485)
* Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills
