Gisada – a fast-growing Swiss luxury fragrance brand – is on an international growth journey. To scale our digital performance and e-commerce success, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on paid media, e-commerce funnels, and Amazon marketing.
Your Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon Ads
Own and drive Amazon PPC strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), A+ Content, and keyword optimization
Define and execute performance marketing strategies to increase ROAS, conversions, and visibility
Monitor and report on key metrics: CPA, CTR, conversion rates, TACoS, and more
A/B test creatives, audiences, copy, and bidding strategies across all platforms
Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and E-Commerce teams for cohesive brand communication
Manage budgets across multiple channels and ensure smart, scalable media spend
Your Profile: 3+ years experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, beauty, or luxury sectors
Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
Deep understanding of performance funnels, audience targeting, and attribution models
Strong analytical mindset, confident in interpreting data and optimizing accordingly
Familiar with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, keyword tools (e.g. Helium 10, Jungle Scout), and A/B testing
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Strategic, results-driven, and proactive in scaling campaigns internationally
