HR Manager – Recruitment Agency (Geneva) 50%
Your mission
As an HR Manager, you will be a true pillar of our organisation, with a role that is both strategic and highly operational.
Your responsibilities notably include:
* Management and support of a small team of HR Generalists
* Supervision of all operational HR processes (contracts, onboarding, employee follow-up)
* Complete management of salaries (payroll) and Swiss social insurances
* Relationship and coordination with external partners (compensation funds, insurances, fiduciaries, authorities)
* Ensuring legal compliance (LSE, Swiss labour law, local regulations)
* Optimisation of HR processes and participation in continuous improvement
* Support to internal teams on all HR issues

Your profile
* Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist
* Must come from :
o a fiduciary, or
o a recruitment / staffing agency
* Excellent mastery of Swiss payroll and social insurances
* Very good knowledge of the Swiss market and its HR specificities
* Hands-on personality, able to operate both on the ground and on strategic matters
* Natural leadership, team spirit and sense of responsibility
* Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented
